Information you provide
The inquiry form collects your name, email, product direction, quantity and unit, destination, project description and privacy acknowledgement. You may also provide brand details, contact channels, technical requirements, reference links and attachments.
Why it is used
Project details are used to review your requirements, prepare a sample and quotation conversation, communicate with you and keep a record of the inquiry. An inquiry is not a subscription to marketing email.
Private attachments and access
Submitted records are stored in a database and attachments in private object storage. Authorized staff receive inquiry details and copies of submitted files by email. Access to stored backups is restricted to authorized administrators. Uploaded files are not public website assets. Reference links are stored as supplied input; the service does not automatically download them.
Service providers
The application uses Cloudflare Workers, D1 and R2 for hosting and storage, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention, and Cloudflare Email Service for notification email. Notification acceptance does not guarantee email delivery.
Retention
Unsubmitted upload sessions expire after 24 hours and are eligible for abandoned-upload cleanup. Submitted inquiries and attachments are excluded from that cleanup. Copies delivered to staff mailboxes are also subject to the business email retention and deletion process. We retain submitted inquiries and files for as long as needed to assess and follow up on the project, maintain relevant business records, and meet applicable obligations. You can request deletion by email. Requests are reviewed across our database, private file storage, backups and staff mailboxes; some records may need to be retained for ongoing projects or applicable obligations.
If you open WhatsApp from this site, a 30-day essential cookie keeps you with the same sales contact. WhatsApp handles the conversation under its own terms.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics 4 is loaded through Google Tag Manager only after you allow optional analytics in Cookie preferences. It measures page visits and selected interactions, including successful inquiry submissions. You can withdraw consent through the footer at any time. You can use the inquiry form while optional analytics is declined. Names, email addresses, filenames, inquiry references and project text are not included in analytics event fields.
